You can lower your resolution and turn all the texture details to medium or low so. Ok so here it goes, i want to play on NA, im tired of playing on LAN servers, the problem here is that even tought i am geographically closer to NA servers, get 30 ms more than on LAN, but it's weird since i just get those 30 extra ms at certain hours, (night), while on the evening i get 10 ms.

Basically go CMD/Terminal and ping the riot servers

NA – 104.160.131.3

EUW – 104.160.141.3

EUNE – 104.160.142.3

LAN – 104.160.136.3

For Windows:

1. Open CMD

2. Enter: ping -l 500 104.160.131.3 -t (I'm pinging with a 500 sized packet as the size would be similar to the game packets)

For Mac:

1. Open Terminal

2. Enter: ping -s 500 104.160.131.3
